Welcome to Riverstone Kids!

We are so excited you’re here! Riverstone Chapel has a heart for kids because Jesus has a heart for kids. In Matthew chapter 19, children were brought to Jesus for Him to lay His hands on them and pray for them. The disciples weren’t happy about this at all, and Jesus said, “Let the little children come to Me, and do not hinder them, for to such belongs the kingdom of heaven.” (Matthew 19:14) Then Jesus laid His hands on them, blessed them, and continued on His way. Here at Riverstone Chapel, we absolutely love this passage of scripture and want every single child to feel special and loved on by Jesus every Sunday they are with us.

We have an amazing team of teachers and helpers that make children’s ministry possible every Sunday. Each Teacher/Helper has had a background check through protectmyministry.com and also attends necessary meetings with Riverstone leadership to remain up to date on latest changes, policies and procedures. We hope you and your kids feel right at home with us.

Psalm 138:2 says, “for You have exalted Your word above all Your name.” In Riverstone Kids, we feel the most important part of a Sunday morning together, is to learn the word of God in all its truth. We will sing some fun songs together, play some super fun games, maybe make a craft, but most importantly we WILL teach the word of God at a level they can surely comprehend, and implement the importance of scripture memorization. Our team and our kids have blast every single Sunday!
